Added a little more to my bench and installed some cabinets....So many toys, so little time. Between Mountain biking, Dirt biking, Fly Fishing, Shooting, Reloading and being married with 2 kids, Life is rough......

just curious. I have two I'm trying to get rid of. They're project bikes though, and nowhere near as new or nice as the one you have in the pic there

I've promised to make a few for the guys on the long range forum. It's been so busy here I've haven't yet made them, but probably in a few more weeks. I think the largest one we've made is for 500 rounds of .308 cases.
I don them on the shop CNC out of Sintra. Its an expanded PVC, weighs quite a bit so it's stable. This one is a 250 tray for 7.5x55, and they're spaced apart so it's easier for me to grab them. Most are very close together.
These are a three grain spread by 1/10ths of a grain.

So your just using an end mill to drill the holes on the CNC?

Yes, it's an end mill, but it's a carbide type that does a complete clean on the bottom. Our standard end mills always seem to leave a bit of material in the bottom that requires a second clean-out pass for small fibers. The bit we use for plastics that assures us of a single pass costs about twice as much as the shop bits we use for steel and aluminum Swiss Products. Sorta odd.

*And I forgot our old press. Best one in the joint*

I'm having a hard time visualizing this. I assume that the elephant is on top?

Make it bigger. No matter how big you make it, it always ends up too small.
We're doubling the size this summer.
