Default Bike cops

I don't see bike cops (CHP, SO & PDs) out & about when it rains. Do they get a car for patrol duties?

Yes, it is safer for the motor officers to switch over to a vehicle when raining.

Well Ron you probably know the old saying of LE Motors. There's two types: Down, and going down eventually.

And: There are old riders and bold riders. But there are no old bold riders.
