Default Safariland ALS vs Blackhawk Epoch Holsters

Anyone here used both of these? Which did you like better?

Safariland ALS Holster
or
Blackhawk Epoch Holster

Any guidance for patrol use would be great. Thanks

Definitely Safariland. 7TS series has minimal contact on your pistol, but makes more noise. The 6000 series has more contact, but makes less noise. Just depends on what you want. I'm fine with the 7TS series, but also use 6000 series.

Blackhawk holsters are just bad. Unsure of the track record on the Epoch, some departments still issue the Serpas and I cannot understand why any department would.

The Safariland ALS is without a doubt my favorite holster for open carry.

Definitely Safariland. And then get you a nub mod from OT Defense. Well worth the $26.

Look at the OPís other threads and the links to LAPG product pages. This post is an ad for LAPG not an actual question. Like I said in the other thread, just be honest. Donít disguise a product promotion as something else.
