Asm. Richard Pan (D) ....breaking the law?

Why should you care where Assemblyman Richard Pan lives?




1) He's a libtard democrat
2) He's notoriously anti-gun as his voting record shows
3) Assemblyman and assemblywoman are required to legally reside within their constituents' district

Although Pan bought a condo in the Pocket area of the 9th district this past year, his neighbors and the SacBee have legitimate reason to believe he doesn't even live there and are requesting the Sacramento D.A.'s office to investigate him for skirting the law:

So if you value having a law-abiding elected representative that defends your 2A rights, I suggest you write, e-mail, or call in to Sac DA's office and demand they investigate Asm. Richard Pan (D) for violating legal residency requirements for elected officials.
