Yes we do. There hasn't been a picture of her since her December appearance. Cameras are not allowed during oral arguments, cell phones are checked in, and there are metal detectors. I doubt we will get a public photo of her unless TMZ captures her coming in or out of the court house (although I don't know if that's even possible).

Her absence will be telling. If she can't sit in a chair for 2 hours and pay attention during oral arguments, she must be in pretty bad shape.

Good lord look at all that armed security. The hypocrisy in that hag is unreal.

Link to webpage.

Did she hear the 2nd question or did she ignore it or could she not respond quick enough? I don't know, I wish the video went on.

By the way her big response to how she is doing is "just fine".

It's not hypocrisy if you legitimately believe you're better than everyone else and part of the ruling class- which deserves better than the ruled class. It is, at the very least, internally consistent. I think our founding fathers might have had something to say about the 2 classes of citizen, however. It's the same gripe I have regarding LEO carve-outs.

#1 TMZ does not say where she came from or where she's going. Didn't they follow her as long as they could? If she arrived on a plane, didn't they look into what possible planes she arrived on? Or if she was departing (no pun intended), didn't they follow her to the gate to see what flight she was taking and where?

#2 turning off the volume and just watching her: she's moving at a pretty good pace but I wonder how much she's depending upon that female (LEO?) to keep her upright. IOW, without that woman to support her by holding RBG's arm, could RBG even walk without a cane? walker? (I doubt whether she'd need a wheelchair.)

Less than 12 hours to go!

If she falls asleep does Roberts have to repeat the presentation?

I'd say that Roberts leans right more than he leans left. But you cannot count on him to vote in the manner I would wish or in favor of outcomes which most of us on this forum desire and believe are Constitutionally correct.

if Thomas doesn't retire (and I doubt he will) at this point there is a greater chance of a Democrat in he white house replacing Thomas than there is of Trump replacing Ginsburg.

Ginsburg can be in a coma and from a constitutional point of view there is not mechanism to replace her.

There is.

Impeachment.

But it won't happen.
