If you're in the Sacramento area and bought your kid a 22 for Christmas but can't find ammo, PM me. Not fair the kids can't enjoy their firearm presents because you can't find the ammo.

I'm in Folsom, and the offer from last year still stands. I have been shooting my reloads because it's cheaper than 22, so I still have some to pay forward

I was able to help one member get some ammo this year. He insisted on paying for it despite my protests. I still have some available if anyone is still having trouble finding ammo for the kids. 22 LR is easier to find now than it was, at least online. I don't know if this thread is still needed, but my offer still stands. I will leave it up to the Mods if they want to leave this as a sticky (not that I could make them either take it down or leave it up )

I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Raw Dog-I found plenty of ammo on line. Not like the good old days before the hoarders bought up all the bulk packs at Wally world.

If you were closer to me I would be happy to help. I'm sure there is someone in your area who will help.

ETA
Cabelas has CCI Stingers in stock with a limit of five boxes. It's possible other sites may have some other types in stock as well. It's worth checking out.

Yay this thread was back in the day when you could not find 22 ammo in stores at any price.

Awww, this thread is probably the most heart-warming thing Iíve ever read on the internet. We have four kids (three and a fetus if youíre a Lib) so weíve been stocking up on .22 for the next time you canít find ammo. The oldest just turned five so we havenít started burning through it yet.
