Is a '04 RAMI legal in CA?
Hello.
I guess that I forgot that it also has hi-cap mags. Last edited by czrami; 05-26-2018 at 7:07 AM.. |

The CZ USA 9x19mm CZ 2075 Rami (01750) is listed on the Roster of Handguns Certified for Sale. Because the handgun has to exactly match what is listed, your CZ 2075 Rami product number has to be 01750 and not 91750. If it does not match, then it's not considered listed on the Roster of Handguns Certified for Sale. The S&W M&P45 Shield and the Springfield Armory XD-45SC Mod 2 are not listed on the Roster of Handguns Certified for Sale. The Ruger KLCR-357 (05450) is listed on the Roster of Handguns Certified for Sale. The Ruger Blackhawk and Ruger Single-Six meet the requirements for the single-action revolver exemption (SAE), which means they are exempt from needing to be listed on the Roster of Handguns Certified for Sale. What this all means... Ruger KLCR-357, Blackhawk, and Single-Six are eligible to be sold to any CA resident. CZ 2075 Rami, S&W M&P45 Shield, and Springfield Armory XD-45SC Mod 2 can only be sold to a CA resident that is a LEO. |
