No, that was just for the first round of pre-orders that got in very early. Price is still significantly discounted right now though.

Sweeeet! I just missed the march 10th cut off and ordered on march 12th. I cant wait to get mine.. I even bought my upper and lower parts kit in anticipation cause I couldn't wait LOL I hope it comes soon!!!!!
