Glock Store... ANyone else have issues?
So. In February I order a G-26 BL from the Glock Store, pay for it and walk out.
While there, I am told it is back ordered and should be "in about 3 weeks" Thus Mid March. Cool I say, No worries....... Mid March rolls around..... I think "hey... wonder where my gun is...... Did I misplace it? (Mind you I have done this before. Not in my laundry... but you get the idea). Oh wait, I need to call in. So then I am told, "in a couple weeks. Glock is really backed up". In the mean time, another vendor calls me and say hey, we got one in if your still interested. My miscue there. I should have went in and filled out paperwork. The beginning of April rolls around. No I did not call on April fools day although I think you know where the story is going at this point...... OH YEAH.... a few more weeks. The end of April rolls around and I make the call. "Oh, they are still on back order" so mid to end of May..... So at this point it was not no... it was hell no!. Cancel the order..... No problem they say..... 3-5 days the money will be refunded to your card....... So today....May 3.... I call in and ask what my cancellation number is..... Oh.... We don't have that. and you need to come in to "swipe the card to get the charge reversed as the accountant was not in to see what was going on"...... Am I alone here or is the Glock Store just a hot mess? |

Happy Birthday.
That seems like a big suck sandwich. It could be raining Glocks and I'd get hit in the eye with a HiPoint.

I never tried ordering online from them but I've had nothing but great service from them when I go to their store. Any parts I buy from them are installed immediately and for free. They even let me in the back room to test fire my Glock after they installed the modifications.

Two online purchases for parts, prompt delivery, zero problems.

I've used them for parts but I will typically call ahead to make sure they have stock. I typically have no issues and they'll install right on the spot. I did buy something this week and their armorers left early to apparently beat traffic. But I'm not holding that as a bad mark. Hell I do the same thing.

Yep, definitely should have gone to the 1911 store.

Walked into the new store, at least 10 employees standing around talking to each other. Guy saw me walk in and promptly greeted me. This was good.
Asked about a part they stock (bout $100 part) Guy told me they needed to still unpack all the boxes from the move and I should come back next week. Bad. I got an idea, how about instead of standing around bull****ting you get your store in order? Walked out, went online and spent my money elsewhere. Thanks Lenny and Glockstore, you saved me tax money and I bought more stuff for my glocks while I was online. Best sales guy ever |

coworker ordered a glock 26 blue label. I believe his ended up taking 2-3 months. From my very little understanding they are limited on their blue label stock. I'm sure you could get a normal non blue label right away but from what my coworker said, it would be about $100+ difference.
