Default Who are you voting for on the primary ballot?

Don't care who you are voting for president, curious on state and local elections. The list of those running for senator is as long as the ballot and not much information on those running for courts, assembles, and boards. So what says you San Diego gun owners?

I'll vote for whoever has an R after their name. Judges if they are currently a judge I'll vote for the gang/murder prosecutor types never a defense atty.

^ Great first post. That website was exactly what I was looking for. I was trying to look for a place that has all the running candidates within my district. What's also nice about votesmart.org you can see which candidate is for gun control and who is not.

We have a couple tools on our website:
Endorsed candidates here: http://www.sandiegocountygunowners.c...ed-candidates/

Ratings on local city council members here:
http://www.sandiegocountygunowners.com/ratings/

Please share this video regarding the County Board of Supervisors race: https://youtu.be/js9EKWoyuZs

We did not endorse on judges this time around, but I am voting for Keehn and Ware.

Didn't Paul Ware demand Ares Armor to surrender their customer list?

Today El Cajon Gun Exchange sent their voter guide. They are definitely not supporting Ware as a result of his ATF career. The feedback from him, his campaign and, his supporters conflicts with the feedback we are now getting from El Cajon Gun Exchange.
The event worse news is his opponent does not appear to be any better.
It may be a lose lose here.

For those in North County:

Amanda Rigby is my neighbor and pro2A (and a great gal), please look her up and consider voting for her.

Amanda Rigby was a founding Board Member of San Diego County Gun Owners. She's endorsed by us.
Her race isn't until November 8th so please vote for her then.
Really smart and hard working lady.

After doing a little more research I still believe that Paul Ware is who I am going to vote for on Tuesday. I get that he worked for a government organization that we wish didn't exist. And I get that someone just doing their job is frustrating. But it appears that his personal opinions and what he would bring to the bench differ from what he is doing professionally.

Does anyone have a write in option for board of supervisors district 1. Greg Cox is running unopposed and I believe I read corruption rumors somewhere.

BTW thanks for participating guys, lots of good resources being presented. I hope this helps those without a lot of time to research every candidate and it's definitely helping me choose.

Mike, I love you and all but you should do more research on Paul Ware. The guys from El Cajon Gun Exchange have no good words to say about Mr. Ware.

Sorry I missed you at GFT on Sat.
