Default Let's put yeti out of business.

Yeti announced they are no longer going to support the NRA or its members.
I have been emailing various retailers that carry yeti products and respectfully asking them to sever ties with yeti.
I strongly urge all patriots to do the same.
Money talks.
Very loudly.

TURNERS is a large YETI dealer.. we should put some heat on them to drop in favor of something like RTIC

RTIC is nearly as good and half the cost.. YETI can go F themselves..

Ya I'm on on that boycott. I dropped Dicks, Starbucks and Citibank. I'm a huge fan of RTIC and Arctic flask... They'll gladly receive my business. I was just about to buy a 120oz and 64oz beer growler too. RTIC all day

Make sure you put REI on that list.

Funny, seems like the more overpriced a business is, the more likely they are to bend the knee. Has to make you wonder what kind of incentives they are getting to promote the anti-gun narrative.

Individually we are not going to make much of a dent but we need to express boycott solidarity. But the biggest impact we can make is by convincing other companies this is not a wise choice when it comes to aligning themselves with. Are there places where stickers can be obtained expressing our dislike? a parking lot full of anti-starbuck's, turner's, or other's cars says a lot more than what we are saying here. Anti-sticker's hurt because they travel everywhere and express feelings even when you are not in the car. Did not say it very well but you get the message.

Wasn't Daniel defense giving out yeti coolers if you bought a rifle recently. I'm sure that was a partnership. Guess the advertising didn't help enough

So; you do not see Yeti's action as being anti 2a or political activism? (The title of this thread!)

The reaction here is quid pro quo activism.

Makes sense two Liberal Anti-2 companies partnering together.

Screw Yeti and Marty Daniel they will never see a penny from me.

Great idea. My wife has a Yeti Coffee Cup. I may have to take it to the range next time I go and render it inoperable and ship it back to them.

Plenty of other products to purchase since they want to get political rather than focus on selling their products.

After I found out about Rei anti 2a. I returned majority of items bought.
One Good thing with Rei is after a year of usage. Items can be return before 1 year anniversary. Now I have a good reason to return my Yeti flip cooler

Symantec stopped partnering with NRA. They recently bought life lock. Life lock is advertised on conservative shows. Doing a google search, life lock reviews are not the best identity theft/online security company.

This doesn't sound like another anti 2A move and Political? Yeti - coolers are displayed at REI (anti 2A) and Starbucks cups -- hum, wonder who they pander to now.

Alert: YETI Drops NRA Foundation
DATE:April 21, 2018
TO:USF & NRA Member and Friends
FROM:Marion P. Hammer
USF Executive Director
NRA Past President

For years YETI Coolers have been a hot item for sportsmen at the Friends of NRA Foundation Banquet and Auction events around the country.

These Foundation events raise money to support youth programs and educational programs nationwide. The youth of America who benefit from these programs are the future hunters, hikers, fishermen/women, bikers, campers, wildlife photographers, mountain climbers, sportsmen/women and conservationists who will protect our natural resources and recreational lands.

Suddenly, without prior notice, YETI has declined to do business with The NRA Foundation saying they no longer wish to be an NRA vendor, and refused to say why. They will only say they will no longer sell products to The NRA Foundation. That certainly isn't sportsmanlike. In fact, YETI should be ashamed. They have declined to continue helping America's young people enjoy outdoor recreational activities. These activities enable them to appreciate America and enjoy our natural resources with wholesome and healthy
outdoor recreational and educational programs.

The NRA Foundation is 501(c)(3) non-profit, charitable organization.

Takning about boycotting a company who caters to shooters and sportsmen but cowered to anti-gun activist organizations is political discussion and activism

I still never understand why any company is vocal about anything that has to do with politics/religion. You're bound to offend someone either way and lose a potential customer in the process. Doesn't make any business sense in any manner.

Gave up on them years ago. Their made in USA claim went down in flames when I found out in order to get a made in USA cooler you have to buy from them direct, and request a made in USA product.

Plenty of products just as good out there.

Plenty of better/cheaper alternatives out there now anyways. I'm sure some other "cooler" company would be happy to take their place.

I sent a very polite email to Turners asking them to reconsider selling Yeti products. I don't feel the need to "pressure" them to do so.

Did not even know who or what they were until someone in the thread mentioned coolers, for which I then recall seeing something about their product and thinking it was overpriced hype.

Sounds like I was right; was already "boycotting" their products!

To me, there is only one Yeti.... and if he new how to use a gun, he would support the 2nd Amendment, considering how many people are out to get him or do him harm.

Great coolers. Yes, Yeti makes them. But, as much I hate going to Walmart, thier Ozark Trail coolers are just as good at a fraction of the price...

Sounds like Yeti just cut their own throat, I thinks its pretty much hunters and fishermen that buy their expensive product.

Been doing my part since first seeing their price and then the results of an experiment of Wally World brand vs Yeti (Wally World won in every category).

Sams club has a model similar called Sportsman .
That said yeti can now join BofA on my never deal with category!
Our efforts at securing liberty may not hurt those companies.

One thing certain it will not help them either!

As someone said, Grizzly makes coolers in the USA. Cheaper than Yeti as well. It appears Pelican makes their stuff here in the USA for the USA. They also have plants in Australia, the UK and Germany. I believe they are also in Spain.

I already own a few Pelican cases and if I ever have need for a high quality cooler I will be buying from them or Grizzly.

I’m a big fan of the coolers Orca makes. I did a 4 day overland trip at Moab and I still had ice cubes in the cooler.

Pelican makes a good cooler. I actually prefer it to Yeti. As for their insulated mugs, while I can't say for certain that HydroFlask is better, they fit my needs just fine. Bottom line is that Yeti has nothing I need or want. As for REI, why would I go to an outdoor supply store that doesn't have hunting or fishing supplies? What a joke.

There are too many companies being boycotted and I had to make up a list to take with me. A wal-mart employee asked if needed help finding something on the list while i was in Nevada last week and I said the list was just companies i did not buy from due to their anti second amendment stance. The employee gave me alternatives, was helpful, and I noted several people were listening. Try it you might like it or at least piss off Anti's in this state.

Is there a complete list of anti-2A companies? I would like to know exactly whom to boycott and to spread the word.
