Sometimes Palmetto State Armory has good deals on .45 ACP brass. There are reloading clubs in Sac. Look for them here on CalGuns.

No ranges in Sacramento let you pick up your brass. Sacramento Valley Shooting Center allows you to pickup your brass but you are only allowed to collect your own brass. You can ask other shooters if you can have your brass to get some for cheap or free. But don't just start walking around picking up peoples brass or you will likely be told to leave. However most of us who shoot .45acp there tend to keep our brass. Lots of .40 S&W gets left behind though.

Check the gun range in north highlands. I noticed the other day they are selling their range brass now. I think it was $30 for 500 cases of 45acp

Just watch listings in the reloading sales forum. Brass is on there all the time with guys all over willing to ship in a flat rate box if they are too far for you to pick up. That's my $.02
