I hadn't checked the .30, as I am still pretty well stocked in those.
Sadly, it now looks like the .224 55gr FMJ are sold out.

Wow that was fast!
I was just there 15 minutes ago The 30 calais are $24.99 per 100 Not the best so I passed They still have 6.5 and 8mm but no 303 Mwahahaha reloading for surplus rifles seems to be easier to find components as compared to modern 223/556 and 308s The garand is going through a dry spell though |

If its a solid bullet, a 36 may work, however most will come apart with that fast of spin. A 1/7 is primarily for the heavy bullets, 60 and up.

Thanks!
Got some 55g SP. I'll plink with them anyway. Save the 193's and 855's for something else. Not a bad price. It includes shipping and no tax. I think I was paying under 100 bucks, just over with ship for pulled surplus before the panic. I only got 500 of these. I wonder why I never got the email up date? |

I didnt want to get into a k. I went with 500. I still have a lot of FMJ's left. Just trying to pad the stock I suppose.
I dont have any regrets yet. Its only been an hour.... Give me a couple days. |

If you ordered from retail it sounded like you'd be OK. So glad I 'saved' $5!!! LOL typical of my luck. Like I "saved" money buying backordered Hornady at Midway in Dec. rather than the in stock Dogtown. I get the best deals |

Are you saying there is another site for dealers? And my order is still pending. |

Also consider Midway, Brownells, etc. for FFL discounts.

I'm a 03 FFL. Honestly the money you save can easily be lost on shipping, which you don't even know the amount at checkout, they add it later.
It's probably a wash but it's hard to be able to compare very accurately. Sometimes, like when cci spp were on sale for $99/5k, I wish I'd bought a lot more!!! It's also a minimum 1 or 1.5k/yr to keep the discount. I've had my discount for years. Eek! Honestly *most* of the discounts at various places aren't that great, dime here dime there. Midways discount seems to have dissappeared for the most part. Brownell's is decent. Grafs dealer discount is pretty decent. When you look at scopes, spotting scopes, rifle cases, etc it adds up pretty quick. Also, I am quite happy with all the cheap primers I was able to buy with the dealer discount before the panic set in.

Just received an email from Grafs stating that the .224 Prvi Projectiles were not in stock when I ordered but due to a computer glitch the order went through. They replaced them with Hornady 224 55gr SP instead at a cheaper price. NIce mistake and customer service from Grafs.
