Based on the venerable VZ58, this rifle has been modernized for the 21st century. Built around a US made milled receiver and a US made barrel, this rifle retains some of the original VZ58 features - accepts SKS stripper clips, last round bolt hold open, light weight - while adding some new features such as a rubberized grip and picatinny rail attachment points on the handguard. To be made CA compliant, the folding stock will be pinned so that it does not fold and the grip will be fitted with a kydex grip-wrap. The rifle does not come with the vertical foregrip as pictured.
