Default Proposed Constitutional Amendments

Electoral votes must be apportioned. Winner take all guarantees power of our two dominant political parties will always endeavor (by any and all means) to retain and protect their control of political power. If electoral votes are apportioned consistent with percentage of votes won, a conservative party candidate could have an authentic shot at winning. Democratic and Republican parties would unite (assuming they're not already united) to defeat such an amendment because it would threaten their stranglehold on power that they covet more that anything. They would spare no resource to retain their stranglehold on power.

Jury nullification must become mandated, necessary jury instruction: We the People have ultimate authority to reject laws that deny We the People rights and liberties. Hence, a law abiding citizen could be found innocent of a law that could ensnare him in jeopardy of felony conviction because of an illogical law punishable as felony were he caught with an "illegal" attachment to an AR 15. Government would vigorously fight such an amendment because it would jeopardize its ability to control and intimidate We the People. We the People should have authority to determine justice, not a political pawn cloaked in cheap, black nylon.

Neither of these amendments would be in jeopardy of Article III revocation because they would be constitutional if they're added to our constitution. Both would significantly strip deep state power and control over/of We the People.

If our country is to survive, We the People must regain our sovereignty. If our country is to survive, we must destroy our two-tier justice system. We were intended to be a nation of laws, not men. That intention has become a joke.

2. Congress May only pass ONE new law per year.

3. With each new law, two old laws must be rescinded.

4. Congressional office may be held for two 4 year terms maximum. No retirement benefits after leaving office.

5. You have to be a native born American citizen over 35 years old to serve in Congress.

6. You may not have any criminal record to serve in Congress above a traffic citation and must pass an annual drug test.

No amendments. I don't trust modern day congress critters to do anything remotely related to amending the constitution.

"5. You have to be a native born American citizen over 35 years old to serve in Congress."

I would say, Natural Born American Citizen, that means your parents are American Born as well. Frankly its in plain sight how some members in Congress are pandering to foreign citizens, governments, and national heritage which their parents immigrated from. Their allegiance is to their foreign Heritage and not the USA. It's pretty obvious over the past 10 years.
