Default Best prices in OC?

Anyone have a recommendation for FFL that has consistently low prices?

Find yourself a cheap transfer dealer and shop online if you want the cheapest prices I think there is a home based FFL in Yorba Linda that does transfers for $25 fee plus DROS and tax.

That was Redfield, and he's either gone or just no longer responding to e-mails but his vendor thing on the forums also appears to be gone.

Yea, that's where I've been going. Not the best prices, but low enough to where it is not painful. They don't have the rifle I want in stock though QQ

Rifle gear prices can usually be beat especially by judicious internet shopping. Do your homework both locally and on internet do not fall for hype or impulse buy if you want to save money.

OC Armory in Laguna Hills seems to be among the lowest in a lot of instances. Between them and Riflegear, you're pretty much covered.

Rifle Gear for rifles, OC Firearms for handguns. This was during the SSE rush so I don't know how they stack up now.

I suppose that is most things in life. If you're willing to pay a premium you can impulse buy or have something quicker if it is in stock.

If you know what you're buying, ammo paradise in Anaheim is awesome. By appointment for DROS and pickup with some of the best prices around.

I have read some of the online guns for sale ads but how do you know if the guns are working properly if you buy it this way?

Jet Inspect before you fork over the cash. Talk to the seller and tell him that you will take it pending inspection and /or firing of the gun.

If the seller is honest he will be glad to let you inspect it no problem

As mentioned:

Rifle Gear.com (Fountain Valley)
AmmoParadise.com (Anaheim)
OC Armory (Irvine/Lake Forest)
OC Guns (Lake Forest)

I've dealt with all of them, and recommend them.

Fowlers/Stockade is known for sky high pricing. Really you need to put in the work and comparison shop and if you want the best price finding a reasonable priced transfer dealer and shopping online may be your best bet. If you need to have your hand held or your ego stroked or like to impulse buy then by all means go to some of the shops mentioned and get bent over.

Redfield Armory is in Brea. The FFL in Yorba Linda is StoneyCreek Arms. Both are good-to-go although I haven't heard of Redfield no longer operating. His website still exists, but there's no info or links on it.
