Just because it takes a long time to get served doesn't make the staff not good at their jobs. Alex, Russ, Amanda, Vincent and Randy are all good folk. I don't know the rest by name since I've only dealt with the above. Blame the .gov for making it difficult for gun stores to be in business. The SF valley used to have like 20 gun stores. Now there's 1. No, I do not count Big 5.

I've lurked on this site for a very long time & finally decided to sign up.....so I have to have 2000 or more post to be in the club?

Been going to Turner's for 25+ years, never had any problems.

Vincent and Randy are cool guys to deal with. Very helpful and fast.

Was just there (an hour ago) picking my lower, nice folks.... It's not like they have 2 guys working the counter either.... There were at least 5-6 guys working their collective butts off! I was told that there had been quite a long line since before they even opened up! I was told its been that way for a number of weeks now..... It's not like the bank or the post office where the line is a mile long and there are only 2 people working.... Everyone was hustling back there.... Yeah, a definite BIG THANK YOU to Turner's Reseda for keeping it together, beong courteous and helpful.....despite the onslaught.

I never said they weren't good people or hard workers. 10 numbers is 2 hours is absurd and that's even letting the "ammo only" goons jump in.

It's about as absurd as 10 miles in 2 hours on the 405 in rush hour traffic.

I was there yesterday at about 1:30pm and it was light... In and out in about 30 minutes... maybe less. Must've been my dumb luck.

Right-on OUTLAW414. Been buying guns from them since '87. Been dealing w/ some of the employees there from the B&B days. To bad these noobs didn't start buying guns sooner, we wouldn't have the crowds we got now!!!!! All the people you mentioned all great in my book also.
