Milpitas and Mountain View stores carry ammo.

Tracy and Manteca Walmarts have ammo, but usually they don't have 22LR in stock if that is what you want.

I think there might be a Walmart in Fairfield that sells ammo.

Let me know what you need (assuming you're coming to the actual bay area)

Traveling through the bay? Copper is definitely not in the bay. If traveling highway 120, stop in Manteca main street exit North of highway is Walmart, south is Bass pro

Whatever you do, don't bother stopping at any wally worlds in Contra Costa. They don't sell ammo.

Not too long ago, the Walmart in Martinez was my go-to place for ammo and lots of other things. Since they discontinued ammo sales, we don't shop there at all.

It's not a stretch at all to say that if they still sold ammo, the wife and I would spend a lot of time and money on ammo lots of other things there too. Instead, that money is typically spent at target and ammo is bought in bulk online.

Contra Costa and San Francisco county restricted ammo sales from Walmart and similar stores. Only Sporting Goods stores and the LGS can sell ammo.

I don't have the source other than talking to employees at these types of stores (and reading it somewhere a while back).

So yeah, don't stop by here on your way

Hi guys first off thank you for the responses. I was heading from the city to Copper.

Stopped by the Walmart in Livermore (no ammo) was directed to the supercenter in Tracy which had a decent stock of ammo.
