Default Where have all the good times gone

Err, Threads on this forum.

Is it just me, or do threads fall off of this particular forum rather quickly? If I do a search there are threads from just a few days ago that no longer appear on the list. Most of the other forums have pages and pages of history available. Is there a reason? Is it just me?

Seems like this should be a good place to keep some longer discussions going, but the way the threads get archived is working against that.

P.S. Nevermind. I found the "display options" is by default set to "last day" on this forum. On most of the others it is set to "beginning". Perhaps it's an evil plot to thwart us

All of the different forums I visit here are defaulted to "last day", which is fine by me. It is kind of a shame that to see more threads in this particular forum, I need to go beyond two days. Just the nature of living in CA with the gun laws already passed. Which is why the OT is most populated. Hell, there are members that have basically only posted in OT pretty much their entire time here.

I think the Antis have basically won here in CA.
Every anti-gun measure passes. Every courtcase is a smackdown.
There's really nothing to discuss anymore.

After you click on a specific Forum Header page.

Scroll down to below last past. To "Display Options".

Change the setting. From "last day".

Then click "Show Threads".

It was game over when Newsom didn't have to even campaign to win let alone have a debate.

California is lost. It's actually a matter of a couple more years and gun ownership as we know it will be gone.

Thank your neighbor and fellow gun owners for passing Prop 63. For that gun control is a winning legislative agenda.

Down at the bottom of the forum thread listing, section called Display Options. I'm pretty sure this is a global change, but if you use the back button after changing it, the forum will revert back to default I believe.

Of course most people don't want to think about guns or how to protect themselves when things seem to be going good on the surface. Most of them are already too busy trying to survive the daily rat race, let alone thinking about the future.

Many people also misunderstood that cops have a legal duty to serve and protect the average person like themselves.

Just imagine what would happen when a major natural, economic or political disaster occurs in a crowded place such as CA.

If the Hindus have it right, 2025 will be the beginning of 300 years of serious turmoils around the planet as it transitions into a new age, and we already seen turmoils in many parts of the globe across Asia, Europe, Middle East, Latin America, etc..

Anyone wonders why the Feds have been stockpiling weapons and up arming local cops for the last few years while we have the lowest crime rates and so-called best economy in 50 years?

Go to your User CP, then Edit Options, then Thread Display Options, and choose Thread Age Cutoff.
