I put my order in Jan 27 for an 550 Brian's NR top notch recommendations. For 45 auto. Besides the order confirmation I haven't heard anything but I don't expect to for 4-6 weeks. Good news is that my ABC's of reloading book came in and I started reading that during my wait.

Ordered a XL650 + casefeeder + a lot of other goodies through Grafs. Saved a bunch with Dealer pricing, but who knows when it will show.

People buying direct or from Enos seem to be getting their stuff in roughly 3-4 weeks.

I had a small part break on my 650. I've been trying to get in touch with them since friday! I get busy signals on both 800 lines. When I do get the automated answer, it tells me to wait for the next available salesman. I give up after waiting for 30 mins. each time. Getting alittle frustrated.

The part that broke was my fault and I did buy the extra pieces kit, which I recommend everyone should have. I am still on line with the machine, but I would like to get that part as a back up in the mail from Dillon. Their no bs guarantee works great. Trust me, I've broken some things on my 650....All my fault too. They just send me the part in question. I like it. Now, if I could only get someone from Dillon to answer my damn call!!

Did the exact same maneuver here... got box #1 today with casefeeder and goodies... its been exactly 1 month since I ordered.

Talked to Dillon at SHOT show in Vegas... they said they had a truck leaving from their place towards Grafs once a week... and that they were 2 weeks behind. Take that for what it's worth.

Hope we all get our orders fulfilled soon!

Sucks... $2600+ worth of press and accessories on order since 1/8, and no packages to show for it.

Brian thought they would process the 1050 faster than the lower-end presses, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

(im)patiently waiting...

I am no longer part of the Dillon Order Wait Support Group. This is my post showing my new setup: http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/s...d.php?t=696472

I ordered from Brian on 1/11 and I received my 2 boxes on 2/1. Everything came at once.

I wonder why they would process orders the way they do? If you ordered a whole 13 days before I did, why did I get mine so fast?

Wait times are now 6-8 weeks!

You sure that's not an exaggeration? I loaded 70 in 10 minutes, going slowly (first time using Dillon). I will definitely get faster, but that seems out of the normal range for a 650. The only way I could see this happening is if you have a Mr Bullet Feeder with a Hornady die and all the primer tubes full so the entire process is automated and ready.....

No offense..

My 1050 showed up in less then two weeks. In order to get it that fast I had to change the press from 223 to 9mm. They where very backlogged on anything for 223.
Number of back-ordered:
1050's in 9mm = 2
1050's in 223 = 150+

Good to know that Grafs gets shipments every week.

I was even lucky enough to find some Dillon die sets at Turners the other day. Their reloading equipment does not seem to be marked up. they had 2x Dillon Square Deal kits in 45acp for $379.99. I believe my die set was $63.

That's pushing it, but not impossible. If you have a loaded case feeder, bullet feeder and primer tubes. One pull of the handle every 2.7 secs not including the time it takes to refill the primer tubes though.

Definitely not a leisurely pace though.

My fastest with my old LNL AP with bullet feeder, but no case feeder was 100 rounds in 7 minutes. That was a pretty fast pace and not having to reload any tubes. 4.2 secs per loaded round.

Just in case anyone is tired of waiting for Dillon Steel .223 dies, there's a set on eBay ending in 18 hours. Only 24 bids so far...

I got REALLY lucky today! Went to Rancho Cordova Guns today to buy some .45 lead and lo and behold: They sell Dillon Equipment! Being that I just bought a Garand, I needed a quick change kit for my 650 for my .39-06 dies. They just happened to have one!!! I was really surprised. Bought it up right quick. They had one of each of the most popular die sets as well: .223, 45 acp, 9mm, 44mag, and some others, but I didn't need dies.

Had I not strolled in there when I did, I might have had to wait another 6-8 weeks!

The bad thing about this is that I need some powder dies for my XL650, and they're completely out. They're using them all to build new presses for all the rest of the people who already ordered. I should have done this months ago...

So there is hope... Good to know. Started back up shooting my colt 80's series government model decieded that a should get better with the Walther P99 and then got an itch for a Python. Reality quickly set in and that was when I stumble accross a 686plus. Now I'm going through the spare cash with ammo and get curious about reloading.... Got real close to the Lee progressive and decieded as much as i do like to tinker I'd rather make ammo. Ta Da, now I'm reseaching Dillon and realized the 650 with all the trimmings was for me. That was 3 weeks ago and boy have I been reading my Lyman 49th edition and wanna talk brass. It's all REALLY shiney and sorted and I just found some various powders. Primers and bullets? "yeah, we used to have those" Im trying Vallejo gun show tomorrow but I really hate lines. Anyway, Thanks for the "support group"

Update: got a call today, 650 is finally allocated to my order. What I forgot to ask was if that meant it ships this week, or if now I'm in the 4-6 week shipping delay. Ugh.

Order date 1/7/13

Good to know. I'm about a month behind you. Maybe Dillon sent them a whole bunch!

If you are put in the shipping queue, at least it's only 3-4 weeks now
