Will having two speeding tickets on record prevent me from getting a CCW in Tulare?
One was for going 65 in a 55 and I took traffic school for it. The other was more recent for going 70 in a 65 which I believe put a point on my license because I wasn't yet eligible for traffic school. Would this get me denied?

Doubt it unless they are just looking for any reason to not issue to people.

The other issue I have is I don't have the citation number of the first one or the actual date. |

Is that listed in a DMV printout or does the traffic school take that out?
Been a long time since I took traffic school. I'd inquire with the law enforcement agency that gave you the citation. I had to contact the police of Arlington, Euless, and Bedford (Texas) to get my citation information. I listed three citations, one from each city. I also had an accident within 2 years that I wasn't at fault that I also listed on my application. |

I plan to list them I just got to track down my ticket information. I just remembered that I also had another ticket before that one but I believe it is outside of 5 years. I'll need to check.

I had a couple to list on my app. They did not show up on my DMV self print out, but I still included them on the app. I told the investigator that the dates were approximate and he was fine with that. He acted as if it would not be a deciding factor. This was in San Joaquin County.

How sad that this is even a question in this state.
