Default Question on folding stock

Haven't been keeping up with all the new laws
Are shotgun folding stocks still legal here in California?

Per the flowchart, if it's a pump it's good. If it's semi it isn't.

Folding/extending shoulder stocks are not restricted on bolt-action shotguns, lever-action shotguns, pump-action shotguns, and single-shot shotguns.

Folding/extending shoulder stocks are restricted on semi-auto shotguns that have a pistol grip or vertical handgrip.
^It is prohibited for a semi-auto shotgun to have both a pistol grip or vertical handgrip and a folding/extending shoulder stock. [PC 30515(a)(6)]

Also, in order to be CA legal...
With the stock folded/collapsed, the overall length for the shotgun needs to be 26" or greater.
^If the overall length is less than 26", then it is considered a SBS. [PC 17180(b)]
