Default SW929 ICORE Load?

Just bought a SW 929 in 9mm and looking to shoot ICORE. I’m looking for a reload that icore legal. Bullet weight, OAL. I use TG or HP38 for my production gun in Steel Challenge, I’m trying not to have to many powders so does anyone have a legal reload that I can start with, I don’t have a chrono at this time. Thanks for the input.

If you’re in the Bay Area, go to a match at Richmond and see who’s shooting what...
Or go to Brian Enos’ forum...

3.0 TG and a 145 grain LRN sized to .358 gets me 864 FPS. 3.1 of Bullseye with the same bullet makes it too but I can't tell you the FPS. The extraction gets sticky. I haven't put much effort into my 929, but a slower powder should be better. I did limited testing with different brass. Winchester extracted best when I tested, but started sticking after that. I think the general consensus is to avoid Winchester brass.

I bought short colt brass to try. Trying to remember to keep my 9mm brass separate from my 9mm SA brass has proven almost impossible. I've mixed it together several times. I'm going to try WSF and #7 in the short colt.
