Loaded 400 rds of .45 Colt this morning on my Lee Turret setup... 200 with 255gr FMJ and 200 with 250gr cast. Really enjoying this!
But I'm almost out of the new pre-primed cases, so it's about time to acquire a tumbler and start installing primers as well.
I'm also already figuring out what additions I'd like to order from the catalog to facilitate more/easier/...

OK, I'm officially hooked!

What do you shoot your 200gr swc's out of? I loaded some for my 1991a1 colt and am wondering if the 1.161 OAL that Lyman gives will cycle ok.
They seem short. First time reloading 45 acp.

I can beat 8mm-06 for oddness.

18 rounds of .41 Swiss, and 50 rounds of 8mm Lebel.

nice one. i'll be on the 6.5 jap and 8x56r soon. also have 6.5 carcano and 7.7 jap i'll get to sooner or later, among others. the 8-06 is my real oddball though. by the way, my 198 grainers, shot dead-nuts point of aim at roughly 100yds with a new scope only boresighted so i'm very happy and will not be altering that load. plan to chrono that load but it should be around 2700-ish. couldn't be happier. i assume you've got a vetterli to go with that .41 swiss? nice. mannlicher-berthier for the 8 lebel? neat stuff, haven't gotten there yet but i need another safe because mine's full and i need to buy a house before i get more guns i'm told. oh well, i don't have enough time for the one's i have now so i guess it's ok. you got me though, that's definitely oddball. only took a few months for someone to come up with it, well done.

Yeah a Vetterli which I modified for centerfire. Firing pin is ground RCBS decapping pin. I made a custom sizer to size 340 gr .44 mag cast soft bullets down to size for my bore without shaving lead. Brass resized from .348 winchester. I resize by chucking brass in drill press, cutting to just above shoulder with dremel, then resize and trim on Redding trim lathe. 18 gr of Alliant 2400. Really involved to load for it, so I've only fabricated 18 rounds. I put Pyrodex through it, but don't like cleaning the mess so went back to 2400.

8mm Lebel is for a Berthier long rifle (not carbine) made in 1917. I use 220 gr cast bullets and 16 gr 2400.

Can't resist this..........
150 rounds of 50BMG using the 690 grain South African bullets from Widners into LC04 Brass full of US869 powder.
I know you can't shoot them over there in Kali but from here in Yuma on the Colorado river I am sure if you want some I could lob a few over the river from my house. LOL

100 rounds .50 BMG and 75 rounds of DTC. I'm also working on an "energetic" load for DTC blanks.

Tomorrow will be 100 rounds of .50 Beowulf and 50 .308.

Finished 160 rds of .308. I have to load about 200, light and heavy .44mag and about 300 45acp. Going to the range tomorrow (weather permitting) with some folks who have never been
I already loaded a couple hundred .357's and bought a couple bricks of .22

very nice. one of my customers is a swiss rifle nut and also did the same with his vetteri. don't recall what powder he was using but a really nice guy and very informative. he had a couple vetterlis, an 1889 schmidt-rubin, a couple 96/11s and k11s, and about a dozen k31s. while working at his house we were talking about them and he showed me most of his collection, then proceeded to give me 20rds of gp11 7.5x55, 40rds of brass, and a lb of powder. i love old-gun people! 8 lebel uses a .323 bullet right?

193 rounds of .45ACP (6.1 gr. Unique W/ 230gr FMJ) before I fudged up the magazine plastic tip. D-oh. Called Dilon and they are sending me out some free of charge. Gotta love good customer support. Time to setup some caliber with small primers. Maybe time to get loading all that .223 or 9mm I have lying around.

Casted about 500 200 gr LSWC, 250 230 gr LRN in 45ACP and maybe 200 or so 170 gr 40 SW. Got the lube sizer warming up to run them here in about 20 minutes or so. Just set the 650 up for 45 plus have 7 primer tubes filled & ready to go.

nice one smle-man. haven't started loading either of my 7.5s yet. i just don't shoot enough . Joelogic, i'm enjoying the picture of your reloading setup right next to the gas meter. i'm a plumber so these things tend to stand out. am i crazy or is that a transition to plastic pipe going up? weird. anyhow, nice setup. as seldom as i get a chance to shoot, a progressive would be a waste for me. i just plug along with my old cheapass lee. what kinda dies do you use SMLE? for the 7.5s that is.

Loaded only another 25 rounds of 223 REM for my bag gun.

I did smelt about 50 lbs of wheel weights into ingots. Oh... and I mixed another small batch of "Reds" bore solvent. Been busy training the boy, he is testing for his next belt rank.

Just reloaded a couple hundred 9mm only to realize that it cost me about the same to reload as the 250rnd mega packs at Walmart. If you don't count the cost of the brass then it's cheaper but stil...
