Default In Need of Light Machining Service - For Balisong

When I say machining I really mean simply drilling several holes into the steel handles of my balisong. I'd like to lighten up the handles on my Knifekits Typhoon balisong by having holes drilled into them, then countersunk a little bit, similar to the Benchmade style of balisongs.

I've never requested a service like this from a local shop or company before, and I'm not really sure who or what to look for. Do I just search for a local machinist? It's a relatively small job, how much do you think I could expect to pay for something like this?

Machinists might charge $75/hour

The handles might be soft and easy to drill with a simple drill press
