Gonna be awhile. We just had a baby girl, so it's difficult getting out of the house

We will be at the Cow Palace show coming up though. I think it's Nov 3 & 4th.

As soon as they are released we will carry them. We still have to test our blocks with them to be sure they are compatible. If not we will have to design a new block for them.

Default Modify Magblock for Gen M3 Pmags

So Magpul made a few changes that effect the function of our original Pmag Magblock. The original blocks can be modified to work which will hold us over until we can design and manufacture a new Gen M3 block. We will sell pre-trimmed blocks on our site once we have the machining finished on the first batch.

Here are some instructions for trimming the current blocks to work in Gen M3 and allow them to be loaded on a closed bolt:

Hope this helps. We are working on research and design of a new M3 block, but it will be probably be 3 months before they are available.

Anyone know if the Tapco AK blocks work with the Tapco Galil mags?

I want to use the Tapco Galil 30 round mags in my Saiga .223 but need to block them off.

Thanks.

What type of AK74 magazines do you need them for? I'll have them ready to go for the Tapco AK74 mags soon. These will likely work in other AK74 mags too.

Sounds good.
I have a few 74 tapco mags kits I need to limit.....also some Russian and bulgarian mags I can try them in as well.
Im not really digging my current rivet and strip method I have been using.

Just got these finished for the AK74 Tapco mags and listed on the site. These also were tested and work in most AK74 mags without any mods!

I've got some 30-rd P-Mags that are stamped M3 on one and M4 on the other. Do the modifications listed above for the Magblock work with these magazines

Thanks,

Bill

The new Pmag Gen M3 is clearly marked "Gen M3" on the side. These blocks work with the Gen M3: http://www.magazineblocks.com/magent...-in-stock.html

All the other Pmag versions work with the original 10/30 block: http://www.magazineblocks.com/magent...-30-block.html

You can always post pictures if in doubt of what type you have.

Thanks for the reply - although there aren't really clear markings, on the side of the body there is a very small marking with an M4 on one and M3 on the other. On the baseplates of both there is an "M" stamped above the number "02".

Here are photos (if I can figure out how to post them):

The side of the body:

and the baseplate:

So - if these markings don't make them Gen M3 mags, no mods to the block are needed, correct?

Thanks,

Bill

Those are the earlier Pmags. The regular blocks fit without any modifications. Here is the link: Pmag 10/30 Magblock

Here is a link to compare the two: http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_3_17/59...M3_Review.html

Much of the market needs smith & Wesson M&P handgun limiters please. Personally, I need .40 M&P limiters.

Thanks in advance!

We have started working on more pistol blocks. I have a 9 mm M&P magazine on the way for testing. Depending on how that goes the .40 may be next in line. It's a pain to find rebuild kits right now though.

Default M&P Rebuild Kit

I can help supply a rebuild kit if its not going to take me out of the game for too long. Just PM me if you're interested. I have ordered from you guys a few times in the past.
