I don't know. Just noticed it on the CS blog. Only takes on for a press release I guess.

I want to know who is that rocker with the long hair and goatee propping the scope? It looks like Mike Cecil, but so many imposters out there hard to tell.

The quick upload on YouTube is cool, too bad there isn't a real time POV cable channel at the Show with a Q&A feed in real time.

Good to hear. Now we'll see how tough they really are. Marines break everything.

Worse...an S&B. Didn't have backlash issues with my Premier until I sent it back to get the heavier clickers installed. Then it started.

I'll just stick with my lowly Nikon Tactical (even though they don't make 'em anymore). Its like its owner gettin' a little older, has a few scars but still functions . . . kinda like a Timex watch - takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin'.

Probably part of it. I'm sure a new response macro will be created when the topic is posted: "new to long range shooting, which scope?"

<F2> PH, it's what the Marines use!!!11!!1!

Yep that is Mike in the video... PH does not seem to be a "marketing" company . They did have a bit of issues with the first turrets (soft clicks and backlash). That all seems to be worked out now.

My 56mm runs perfectly.

Winchester, VA. – Premier proudly announces that the United States Marine Corps has adopted the Heritage 3-15x50 with Gen 2 Mil-dot reticle as its new Scout Sniper Day Scope!

“This acceptance, by arguably one of the world’s most storied and revered Sniper organizations, speaks volumes to the quality and durability we have built into our products” said Premier Reticles’ president, Chris Thomas. “It only goes to show that when you focus your efforts on designing a product from the ground up with one purpose in mind, it can make all the difference” as this award comes after extensive and rigorous testing by the US Marine Corps.

The Heritage 3-15x50 optical design features outstanding image quality across the entire field of view, superior color fidelity, sharpness and contrast ratio, a field of view that surpasses what is presently offered in comparable scopes, and excellent light transmission through the full visual spectrum. The combination of these superior optical features enhances accuracy and identification of targets with speed and clarity, making it ideally suited for the ongoing mission of today’s combat warrior!

wow... I wonder if the S&B scopes will be replaced that are currently in the fleet now. Probably take a looong time if so (knowing the Marine Corps)

2000 PR scopes is what I read on Shides. Eventually replacing the S&B when they go tits or need repairs (lack of repair parts)
