Its a Fed Ord M14 in a Karsten painted stock with a scout rail and Clonepoint. That clone point has held up pretty well for a 200 round session and the handguard got hot enough that I could barely touch it.

Same Karsten job as Prc329.

Just love the details Karsten puts in his paint jobs.

Here is my old "Bush" rifle. It originally had a folding stock on it, but that was not fun to shoot in that configuration. I sold that stock and picked up a USGI walnut stock with the selector switch cut-out. I recently swapped that stock out for a current factory synthetic stock:

I've reached a point in my California gun nut maturation where I have decided I need a M1A.

The owners had the 10+ round magazines before 2000.

I just thought they had some kind of exempt from the law, because i see them much more often then pre-ban hi-cap AR and AK mags

Right on... what's an AR15? lol.... Relax AR fans. Show some teeth and keep training cause if we ever have a real emergency then all that matters is what you've trained with.

That is one awesome DuraCoat camo job, but I'm guessing it has limited effectiveness in other environments.

That's how my Socom started. It took over a year to hunt down all the USGI parts but I got er done.
