If someone actually wants that overpriced ($457) 720rd ammo can of 5.56 I saw 3 at Wally world on the corner of greenback and hazel on Sunday.

It was like an old friend always there to greet me as I looked for 9mm-22/250 and .223. Always saying buy me I won't jam or not fire and I come in my own reusable house i'm brass and you can reuse me. But it was not to be at that price. Not when tulammo spam can .223 says hey i'm 500 rounds $109 steel and cheap and I won't abuse your wallet and will work in your bolt rifle. Alas I will miss $457-720 round federal spam can 5.56 but he has gone to a better fatter wallet then mine.

Was there yesterday and it was so sad looking I didn't even bother taking pics or commenting. I wish they would stagger putting out ammo.

I seem to have better luck at Folson, Orangevale, and Elk Grove locations. Have any of you tried the Perfecta .223 ammo? 50 round boxes about $18, I tried one box so far worked alright. Federal .45 and .40 S&W $14.xx a box works good too

Rancho Cordova store was well stocked today Saturday 4/11/15. The ss109 was still there. I left it as I have plenty. Plenty of tula brass max in the big jars.

Rancho Cordoba? I think you mean Rancho Cordova.

My friend got a great deal on some Aluminum 9mm at a local Walmart. 500 rounds for 9.97. He bought 10 boxes and they only charged him for 1...whoops. 2.1 cents per round after tax. What a deal!

Yup, all 50 boxes sold out yesterday. I was there today and picked up a couple 50 round boxes of the Federal Champion .45 acp @ $14.97 each.

Lots of most calibers except .22 of course.

What part of town are you located? I haven't seen any 22WMR at Walmart for a while but I often see Sportsman's Warehouse on Sunrise have them and even Shooters Warehouse on Micron. I was at Shooters Warehouse last weekend and they had some.

I'm in Davis, usually go to the Dixon Walmart. River City has 22 WMR but they charge near $20 / 50 rounds.

Never been to the ammo section at the Woodland store. How is it usually?

I don't make it there as I am in Sacramento so I have no idea about their ammo selection.

Like mentioned above. Every local Walmart has different ammo and pricing . Almost have to just go look to see whats in stock and the price. .22 of any type does not last long.

Thats my local Walmart i checked them out they had Tula but didn't carry any other brands that they were out of, I was hoping they had winchester white box just to get some high end stuff for a better price. Big 5 had it for $28 a box. I went to sportmans warehouse and even they only carried one brand (Sellier and Bellot) which surprised me because they have so many options for other calibers.

Tula is the only brand of 7.62x54r I have ever seen sold at this Walmart. I don't have an issue with tula myself.

Anyone seen the Perfecta 9mm in stock at $9.97 recently? North Highlands and Orangevale had a few boxes each at $10.97.

Picked up 9 boxes of Perfecta 9mm from Cordova at $10.97, leaving 3 or 4 boxes.

Saw a spot for Perfecta .45 at $16.xx, but none in stock. Do any other local stores ever carry Perfecta .45? Didn't see a tag for it in North Highlands or Orangevale.

Also checked both Elk Grove Walmarts. Both had Perfecta in .40, but none in 9mm or .45.

Was at the local Walmart in Hanford last weekend and it was about the same as our local Sac area walmarts. No .22 and same selection. Nothing to write home about.

Lead Hill (Roseville) carries it, sometimes (the 45). At least the 230 and rarely the 185Gr. Orangevale, I've only seen Winchester and Federal 45.

What stores are the lower priced stores around Sacramento? The Elk Grove store always seems to be significantly higher priced than what I see here. Thanks
