Default Armscor soft grips

I just bought the M203 revolver and I have found that it is hard to find grips. I saw a few posts regarding the substitute grips. I was told by a gunsmith that it should be a colt J frame Square butt. The grips were VERY HARD to fit. I took it to a gunsmith and thought fit would easy. The gunsmith took 45 minutes to grind out what he could. And even with the grips modified. I just wanted to see what you folks might have to say.

Hey Gary, We have called around but cannot seem to get much resolution for you; are you not happy with the fit finish of the reworked Colts?
