Pencil me in, but keep the eraser handy. Same as last time, I won't know for sure if I can make it until the Friday night before. If I don't work, I'll be there.

Fear:

Has a price been finalized?

Any contest/prizes?

Will you have more NRA targets?

And if two people want to share a lane, can we split the price? <--after dropping 2K on a new transmission I need to shave costs wherever possible! LOL!

Price will be as low as $15 and as high as $20, the range will let me know, and I will post it.

No sponsors as of yet, but I am still working on it.

Unfortunately you pay per person not per lane. You may have to share regardless of price... As per my original post "Range has 10 bays, sharing a bay may be necessary depending on turnout"

I didn't mean to post that with any negative connotations, I think it's the best indoor range I have ever been to.

I meant to post it with a bit of sarcasm.... I've never seen a range give a discount for a shared bay 😜

Actually I have seen many ranges that discount for 2nd shooter... a certain amount for the first shooter and a smaller amount for the 2nd.

Will you have NRA AP2 targets for sale again?

I've been shooting all my life and I don't recall ever having been to an indoor range that expected you to pay full price for everyone sharing a lane. I've even been to ranges that allowed 3 people to share same lane. Seems that usually the 2nd person is 1/2 price.

Is this the usual policy at this range or only for this shoot? What's for breakfast?

I too have been shooting my whole life, but have only had to use ranges for the last few years.... So I could be wrong on this one.

Never said I new everything... Just know about this shoot.

One of the reasons we do this shoot is to help the local range. With them doing it before hours they have to pay extra for the help. I don't think $15 to $20 is too steep for breakfast, range time, a chance for cool prizes, and a good time.

Breakfast will be healthy and fulfilling.

Hey dudes...I have to bail out. I decided to be part of the Appleseed event @ Raahauge's on this same day.

Anyways, sorry to bail I really wanted to be there, but I also wanted to get the Appleseed done and did not want to wait till next month.

I'd maybe like to come but I think I'll be most likely going to the gun show instead and I rarely meet up with people I meet on discussion forums anymore. Are fat size shirts going to be available if those shirts are the competition prize? Reason I asked about breakfast is some people have religious or health related dietary requirements.

I really do not eat pork. Hopefully you all have a fun and safe time though.

Hey swan, we have had size issues in the past so it will be gift cards so you can pick your own shirt and size.

I too do not eat pork. Most likely it will be like a continental breakfast. Budget is tight on these shoots, as we are a non-profit and believe me we don't profit. I get most everything from sponsors and donations.

I am new to these shoots. What does the competitions consist of? Just pistols, or pistols and rifles?

They vary from month to month, but always something fun that anyone can win! We've had both rifle and pistol competitions in the past. Not super competitive stuff, they always strive to make it fun for all!

Also a great way to start working on your NRA pistol marksman qualifications during the regular shoot.
