Default Private ranges at Angeles shooting range?

Hi guys,

The shooting ranges that you see to the left of the rifle range, are those the member only ranges? If you're a member of ASR can you use those ranges during normal business hours? Any calgunners a member of ASR?

in my case they are reserved by certain groups, not sure of ASR. DoubleTap, covered 6, and a few others rent that space certain days usually on the weekends.

I see, I think that being a member of ASR gets you discounted entry fees and that's about it. I thought you could use the other ranges.

I shoot at one of them, but only when they host a match about 2-3 times a month. They do belong to private clubs of sorts. JPL Pasadena also uses one to host a monthly shoot, as well as the California Golden Bears. There is also some skeet and trap club up there too.

You can rent them. Just make sure you meet their quals, as listed in their forms.

Easier to rent a private bay at Burro Canyon than at ASR IMO. Burro doesn't require insurance liability nor require you to use their RSO's.
