Default Field Time Target and Training Indoor Range

Hi to all fellow CalGunners just curious if anyone been to Field Time Target & Training indoor range in Stanton. I usually go to LAX firing range and Angeles shooting range. Thank y'all for the input.

It's the nicest range I've ever been to. Filtered and air conditioned you can't smell any gun powder or lead etc. digital readouts for the target distances. The only con I can think of is they let you shoot any caliber so if your just going to shoot pistol you have to deal with somebody shootin a canon right next to you.

^yes. On most days the air inside is cleaner than outside. Great place to shoot. And yes, you might end up with something loud going off right next to you.

Very nice and clean range. Friendly staff A++. Good place to zero in sights and scopes when you can't make it outdoors.

Plat member here. Really clean and well lit. They typically sweep your brass up for you so that you aren't stepping on it all the time. You can request that the brass be swept into a pile if you reload.

They sell reloads and in-house manufactured ammunition, along with factory ammunition. Decent pricing especially if you have a platinum membership. They also have a rewards program for non-members.

Heard their membership waitlist has 100 people waiting.

Overall what people have been saying above is true. Very clean and well lit facility.

Allows rifles along with pistols, and if they see something wrong they typically don't yell or bark at you. RO's are very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.

Agree with all the above. Awesome place to go, staff is awesome and friendly unlike two other ranges in OC. Nice thing is they don't make you get a rifle card if you want to shoot one. It does get busy on the weekends but they do have a large lounge and try to get you in with out waiting to much. Well worth the drive.

I would have to agree. Attended the monthly Calguns meet there last month and was really impressed. Even though it's at least an hour drive for me from Los Angeles, it is definitely worth it.

I have shot at LAX

I have shot at insight

I am a member at field time after seeing the others. Great facility, staff is actually friendly, I can use my rifles, lots of good stuff about the place. I recommend it without reservation for a range in the Long Beach area.

Why do I remember their range only having archery? Granted this was several months ago when I stopped by.

Platinum member here also. I looked around for a range to join and went with Field time. I can shoot my air rifle all the way up to my center fire weapons.
Glad I paid for the Platinum when it was still available. The staff is very friendly. Plus I get free rentals.

I am a Platinum member of Field Time Target & Training and it is an absolutely terrific indoor range. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff, beautiful clean and modern facility. Indoor ranges do not get any better than this. They have enough lanes that there is rarely a wait, and when there is it is not very long.

It's my go-to indoor range.

Pros: Clean, friendly environment, digital lanes, rifle calibers allowed.

Cons: Can't think of any.

I went to Field Time yesterday and inquired about putting my name on the waiting list for membership since their website shows membership is closed.

The guy told me NO. Before I could say "what the" he said he could sell me a membership because there was room. Looks like I'll be going more often to make the membership worth it now

Went there on Saturday around 11:00 am. No wait. Super friendly RSO. Clean, new everything and best of all, no special requirements to shoot an AR15. The range closest to my house requires a class and a fee to be able to shoot center fire rifles. Got to sight in the scope on the Marlin 795 too. It is worth the extra drive time to go to such a nice indoor range. I missed the last Calguns shoot but look forward to the next one.

I'm planning on going this week. I've never been and was wondering if they will have a problem with me having 30 rd P-Mags?
