Buy whatever you need at the Pro Shop. They have everything and prices are good. You have to go in anyway to pay for the skeet.

I agree. At this point with the availability of ammo and the variable pricing you best bet is the pro shop.

That isn't for the barb, I just remembered how much my ears hurt when you fire those hunting loads. Your loads will punish your shoulder for making fun of my bad shooting. ;-)

Just sent in my PM for 6/15/13. Two days after my birthday so I am sure I'll have a blast that weekend.

I have about 50 shells made up for the class and will probably get some more hulls and primers to get probably another 150-200 more shells.

Thanks for the quick reply, Captain Dick! to my PM'd request for a 6/15 beginners' class and with a request to standby for any earlier dates.

I'm fortunate to have found a Wingmaster built for Skeet. (26" "skeet" barrel, 2-round magazine plug). Hey, it won't make me shoot any better, but it's nice to know that at least I'll have an appropriate barrel and choke.

Triple B's Pro Shop sounds like the way to go when purchasing rounds; I just paid $10.50/box for #9 birdshot... so I'll leave that at home and buy my rounds when I get there to pay for the class.

Really looking forward to this! and thanks to everyone for posting their experience.
