What are the proper procedures to A)transfer a rifle or handgun out of your inventory to your private collection and B)annotate it in your bound book correctly?

1/1/13 Wesley Morris For Owner's Personal Collection

for handguns since I complete a DROS, I go ahead and do a 4473 so it would say

1/1/13 Wesley Morris Form 4473 #12345

Since I am a corporation, I don't get to do "For Owner's Personal Collection", but I am ten day wait exempt.
