Default Trapping Written Permission Required for PP

If you trap in another state please follow the laws, see what doing so can start.

This person is an active duty Marine and placed a caged trap targeting bobcats on private property thinking he was on Public BLM land. The trap was found and reported and had started a campaign to place a buffer zone along the border of Joshua Tree National Park and maybe to stop bobcat trapping in CA all together. I guess he thought he was trapping on BLM land but one of his cage trap ended up on private land.
