That certainly wasn't needed for California (and about a 30 second 'fix' to remove the pin :-)

Thats the part that confused me. I see them advertised with pinned stocks, no flash suppressors, even one with a bullet button. If there not needed then way? Maybe that was the only ones available at the time.
