If the coach is Don, sounds like it is, he's great. After I took Brad up on his intro to sporting clays, I tried skeet and took a few lessons from Don during the week.
Both skeet and sporting clays are great but I have to agree with bjl333, skeet is a good way to learn...it'll help get your timing down. Sporting clays is truly golf with a shotgun, it's a blast.
