Remember also Unimart and the Western Auto stores. What about a pair of Levis for $ 6.98 at Walker Scotts department store. From Thrifty's, you could get a single scoop ice cream cone for 5 cents, a double was a dime, and a triple was a whopping 15 cents. Oh yeah, I still have some of those old school CCI stingers in original boxes.
