The good side here is that you can shoot 38 Super which wasn't as impacted as 9mm in this ammo crisis, but the down side is their 38 Super only comes in the GI Model.
My brother bought a 9mm tactical in Missouri for under $500 OTD, he's up to 300 rnds and said its been great with no issues.
