DELAYED SINCE DEC.19 2012
Ive have been delayed since Dec. 19,2012. I got delayed because I got arrested back in 2006 but I was never convicted. My charges were never filed. The DOJ is requesting a disposition from the county I got arrested. The part Im confused about is that since my charges were never filed and I never got a trial how would there be a disposition and will I still be able to get my firearm?
