Father was original purchaser. He was a restaurant manager/sommelier for many years. He stored them in a cellar and lives on the Central Coast where the weather is very mild. I have owned them for about 6 months, and have them in a dark closet under my stairwell where the temp rarely gets above 60 degrees. However it is not temperature controlled so there is a potential risk that some may have turned. I have opened/gifted about 20 bottles so far, and have not run into a bad one yet.
