Congratulations on making your department's SWAT team. Hard work and determination pays off. Bravo zulu.
Here's a good start for medical gear:

Also, this is a very handy piece of gear:

This is the pouch I use:

It will fit all of your medical gear and a lot more. Here's how you make it "tear-away":

And, if you don't want your "tear-away" pouch not to get torn away when you least expect it, these are handy as cinch straps to tie it down:

Plus, remember the rules for new SWAT personnel...
- Wear team T-shirts (one size too small), Oakley sunglasses, and combat boots everyday.
- Try to fit the word “breach” and “tactical” in to every conversation.
- Have a mirror handy to check your hair…and suspects that are around the corner.
- Never say hello to anyone who is not an operator and practice your SWAT head nod.
- Subscribe to Soldier of Fortune, Guns and Ammo, and Muscle and Fitness magazines.
- Learn to play golf wearing a gun, a tactical knife, and a back-up gun (just in case).
Congratulations, again. Semper Fi! --
