Anyone else see the CA DOJ tossing that bald Latino male, approx 240 lbs, bald head with a sleeveless shirt and shorts in an SUV in the south D parking lot? Im curious to know what provoked it. He was cuffed and his vehicle was getting tossed by 4 plain clothes agents.
