Next weekend im taking my GF to this "resort" near Joshua Tree. We will be staying there on friday and saturday night and plan to go shooting on saturday.
A few of her friends and their husbands/bf's are going and they are all shooters so there will be 8 of us.
If anyone has any ideas of where we can shoot feel free to reply or pm me(if you dont want to publicly give away your spot). I promise that we will clean up after ourselves and not do anything illegal to make us calgunners look bad.
Places i found by lurking the net is shelton road south of the 62 in 29 palms, anywhere east or north of the Marine Corp Base on amboy rd, and i also saw a spot on google maps pictures of a guy shooting where ironage, gold crown, and ok mine road meet....although im not sure if my 04 Honda CRV will make it or not, its got awd but im more worried about ground clearance. Please let me know if any of those spots are illegal to shoot at.
