Not sure what the current law is on that, but from what I just heard, background investigators can now look into military disabilities whereas before, they couldn't and the applicant didn't have to disclose any service related disabilities.

How do they check for tinnitus? It seems like something that's hard to prove or disprove. Most of my hearing loss happened when my m16 blew up and shooting the at-4s. I don't even care right now about compensation but I want them to cover hearing aids when I need them.
