Hi all,
I want to get a cheap scope for my Ruger 10/22. Nothing super high precision here just recreational plinking up to 100-150yds--just for fun and for friends that have never shot before.
What do you guys think of this UTG Scope?

At its price, it's hard to argue and it's got very good reviews. The bad reviews seem to all complain about a tilted reticle (QC problems), I can just exchange it until I get a good one.
What do you guys think?
If this stuff is junk, I hate to ask something that probably has been asked a million times, but what would you recommend for a scope that would:
-Work well with a 10/22
-3-9 magnification (or somewhere close to that)
-Adjustable Objective (this is a big one for me, I like focused targets)
