We have made excellent progress. We have built a custom die to make the bend a "continuous" bend. We used to press these in 4 different locations. The bend radius is still exactly the same, so it will still fit perfectly in the BCS carrier. This is a pretty big advancement in our forming process.
Here is a batch then went to sandblasting the other day. This batch only had about 115. However, I'm happy to report all the plates are going to Rhino on Wednesday of next week. We will be dropping 400 plates (90% formed, 10% flat) and a TON of side plates. Rhino said to give them a week.
