It seems a bit strange to me that you might want to find a FFL who is breaking the law as that could cause future problem for you.

Sorry, newbie here and I had no idea that out of state sales (transfers) are subjected to state sales Tax. I thought that it would fall under the Internet Tax Freedom Act.
