By the way nice looking rig . . . did you rebarrel and/or true the action and reset the stock barrel?.

The barrel and action are the two original parts on the gun, but they have been trued. The guy that owned it was a USMC sniper that used it to shoot in the long-range matches. I picked it up as-is for a great deal; with all of the top-end parts on it I wasn't arguing. The stock was $1050 from McMillan, that MK4 is a $1200-1600 piece depending on where you buy it, and the base/rings are in the $300-350 neighborhood. That's not including the time involved in the build and the little extras. For the price I paid I'll take it any day of the week.....

Hehe.... my wife wishes this was my first rifle. This is one of a dozen or so.
I'm not worried about CRT's opinion anyway... especially when the link is to something he wrote. Sorry CRT, not all of us can go through life making things up on the internet and then using them for reference in forums. One of these days you'll get a real job instead of that aspiring internet writer thing you try to do. Have you considered gay porn? How about trying out to be the next tub girl.... only you could use Red Bull instead of orange juice..... yeah......
